Protection and Coverage
Included Adventure Assure
As a Certified Polaris Adventure Outfitter, we include Adventure Assure at no additional cost. It includes:
• Vehicle damage protection – Coverage up to $3,000 hold.
• Driver liability – Covers injuries or property damage.
• Accident insurance – Up to $25,000 for medical expenses.
• Loss of use or recovery – Fees capped at $750.
Upgrade Your Peace of Mind
For an additional $50, significantly reduce your financial responsibility:
• Vehicle damage protection – Reduced to $1,500 hold.
• Loss of use and recovery – Fees capped at $250.
Trail riding can be unpredictable—the upgraded protection helps you focus on the ride instead of the “what ifs.”
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
- • DOT-approved helmet required and provided (may bring personal helmet)
• High-Impact Goggles Provided
• Safety video and briefing completed
• Closed toe shoes or boots required
• Suggested gear: gaiter and gloves
RENTAL TERMS
- • Minimum Operator Age: 21 Years
• Valid State Driver's License Required
• Signed Liability Release Waiver
• 72 hour non refundable cancellation policy
• Approx. 8–9 years old size requirement (leg measurements)
BEFORE YOU RIDE
Must wear closed toe shoes or boots and long pants are recommended. Long sleeve shirt is recommended but not required.
Head Protection
A neck gaiter or bandana is recommended for dust and to wear under the helmet (helmets and goggles are provided).
Layering Up
Bring extra layers like a lightweight jacket or sweatshirt in case the weather changes.
Recommended Gear
Stash some snacks, drinks, and sunscreen in your own bag to make the most of your ride. If you’d like to strap anything down, be sure to bring your own bungee cords or tie-downs.
